Submission Support (Email Only)

Contact is limited to submission-critical issues that materially affect processing. Before reaching out, please review the Process & Requirements page.

Support scope includes:
  • Corrections to order details (such as document quantity or service selection)
  • Return address updates on a client-provided USPS label (client must provide the corrected label)
  • Submission clarification required to proceed (such as missing required information or missing return label)
Shipping labels: Clients must provide two prepaid USPS shipping labels (submission to the Secretary of State and return delivery). 5280 Apostille Services does not generate, purchase, modify, replace, or upgrade shipping labels.
Response window: We respond within 1–2 business days. Routine status inquiries are unnecessary; we will contact you only if an issue prevents processing.
