About

5280 Apostille Services

5280 Apostille Services is an independent document-processing provider coordinating apostille submissions through the Colorado Secretary of State. We support mail-in and counter-service processing for Colorado-issued and Colorado-notarized documents under defined procedures and published requirements. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

Colorado-Scoped Operations
Services are limited to Colorado-issued and Colorado-notarized documents, allowing for consistent, requirements-aligned processing with the Colorado Secretary of State.
Structured Intake & Queue Placement
Mail-in submissions are received through a designated PO Box intake. Counter-service submissions require advance scheduling for queue placement. Walk-ins, meetings, consultations, and unscheduled drop-offs are not offered.
Counter-Service Coordination
For same-day counter-service tiers, submissions are coordinated at the Colorado Secretary of State counter on the scheduled date and routed according to the selected service pathway.
Scope, Fees & Client Responsibilities
Services are limited to administrative coordination and logistics support. Government fees and all shipping costs are client-provided and must comply with published requirements.

Apostilles are issued exclusively by the Colorado Secretary of State. 5280 Apostille Services provides document-processing coordination and logistics support only and does not provide legal advice, legal review, or notarization.
