Secure Mail-In Processing
All documents are processed through our secure mail-in system. Clients submit documents via USPS and receive completed apostilles by return mail.
Original Documents Required
Original documents are required for processing. Digital copies and scans are not accepted.
Client-Paid Shipping
Clients must provide all prepaid USPS shipping labels for both submission and return delivery.

Colorado Secretary of State fees are separate from service fees. The Secretary of State currently charges $5 per document for apostille issuance. Apostilles are issued exclusively by the Colorado Secretary of State. 5280 Apostille Services provides document-processing coordination only.
